Wash: Machine wash cold on a permanent press cycle.
Avoid Softeners: Never use fabric softeners; they can clog the "breathable" pores of the nylon and degrade the spandex elasticity over time.
Dry: Tumble dry on low heat or hang dry. High heat is the enemy of spandex and can cause the fabric to lose its "snap."
Iron: If needed, use a cool iron. Most wrinkles will naturally fall out during wear.
