Retention of information and their destruction

Sonam shall then destroy the data unless retention is required to satisfy legal, regulatory or accounting requirements or to protect Sonam’s interests. The maximum retention period shall be 99 years. However, should you voluntarily choose to require us to delete your information from our database by following the procedure available at My Account > Delete My Account, we shall remove your personal information from our database immediately. Nevertheless, We reserve the right to retain your personal information to settle any financial arrangements or disputes between us, or to comply with our legal obligations

Security (Protection of Data/ Information)

By using our platform, you agree to security monitoring and auditing.Sonam shall employ programs to monitor network traffic to identify unauthorized attempts to change information or cause damage.
