1.Returned items should be in their original and resalable condition with all tags attached, any packaging intact and accompanied by a valid receipt.

2.Purchase item may be exchanged of equivalent or greater than value only.

3.For hygiene and safety reasons, swimwear ,lingerie ,earring and cosmetics cannot be exchanged, unless there is a clear manufacturing fault.

4.Items purchased at reduced prices during sale or promotional periods cannot be exchanged unless there is a clear manufacturing fault.

5.The management reserves the right to amend this policy without prior notice.
